In the DNP four levels of super-process have been established.
Strategy: Consists in formulating and revising the strategic direction of the organisation in the context of the policy objectives set forth in the National Development Plan.
Mission: Consists in fulfilling those functions established by the Constitution and the Law, in accordance with the level and legal nature of the DNP.
Support: Permits the management of human, physical, financial and technological resources resources that are indispensable for the fulfillment of the institutional mission.
Evaluation: Consists in carrying out the objective monitoring of performance and the improvement of institutional management.
